Foreground and Background
This assignment was to create depth by having a subject in the foreground and another in the background. I tried to focus on where the shadows are in the picture, and manipulating them to create more depth throughout the image.
You did a really good job at illustrating the assignment. I like that you were able to show the depth by using different angles. I really like the photo of the people in the grass, the background makes it look really nice. Good job!
ReplyDeleteOne thing I like about some of your photos that I've never thought of us using the subjects to create depth, but starting the subjects from far back. I really really like it. Also your backgrounds add a lot to your photos and give them a nice finish like fine wine.
ReplyDeletewow, your photos are really good. I think they work very well with the assignment. I think that you could have had more pictures that had closer subjects, but that wasn't needed for the assignment, I just think that would have been cool. Great job!
ReplyDeleteGreat job with the assignment Zephy!! I really like the photo in the park, the photo really draws your eye to the back. I also think that the photo with the city in the background is a great shot. Overall great job, maybe work a bit more on contrast next time.

ReplyDeleteThe last one looks like a painting. I really like the editing job you did on these photos. Sometimes editing can be like an unnecessary exclamation point that makes the photo flat, but you use it as a tool to bring your photos to like. I think you are the master of editing.
